Design template for property website

I need a graphic designer with web experience to review a logo and some wireframes I have and produce a pixel perfect design template for a property website.

The design template should include common page elements, eg header, footer, buttons, navigation, form elements. Would also like that you include in design template lightbox styling and also styling for adding comments to pages as well as a left navigation. I require you to provide me with the design template in png, psd formats.

The logo can provide guidance to colours to use though don't feel restricted to just white navy and blue. I believe the site will need to be in a common readable font such as arial.
You can use www.airbnb.com or even peopleperhour website as a guide, a lot of websites have a similar style these days.

I have a psd file for the logo which unfortunately I can't seem to upload, I can see about adding this in time.

As you work through this I would expect you to share with me progress so I can provide comments.
