Design simply banner and logo for one page website using InstantSite (123reg.co.uk)

I have till Friday to publish a one page website in time for my brothers birthday. I have secured him the domain www.mariosdecor.co.uk which comes with a free one page site through 123reg.co.uk which uses a basic software called instantsite - I need someone to create a banner and logo then upload it and publish it for me. Attached is a copy of his business cards so you get an idea of what theme I am looking for - if you can recreate the mock up banner I made which is also attached then great! Enclosed you will also find a hand drawn logo. Essentially I just need the word 'decor' to look like it has been painted with a brush. If you are up to the task and can deliver by no later than Friday please get in touch. I have a strict budget in mind so the rate must be agreed prior to any work going ahead.
