Design / program website with Adobe Muse

I would need a website designed in Adobe Muse so I can manage it myself afterwards. The current website has two languages. It is 5 years old and needs to be refreshed, Ideally with some sort of animation (like a carousel) when client logos / examples are presented... I'd like it to be clean, modern and simple. Please quote with two options 1), a template is given to you 2) you design it from scratch.
