Design printable wedding invitation suite

Design details: I would like someone to reproduce/replicate as closely as possible the pictures I have attached in an editable high res format so that I can change the details and print them myself. I need templates for the:
Save the Date (postcard size)
Invitation(5"x7")
Invitation inserts(to be smaller than the main invite)
Order of service/Program(A5 booklet)
Place cards
Menu cards (DL)


I have given an indication of some of the sizes I am thinking of, but these are not set in stone - only added in case helpful to see.
What I would need at this stage are completed Save the Dates and Invites (I would send you the text) and then templates that could be edited by someone else at a later date to create the menu cards/place card/order of service etc. So it wouldn't need to include teh text, just the border really. The editing package could be anything as I will likely be able to get the print company I am using to make any final changes for me for free and I'm sure they could use Illustrator or Photoshop or whatever.
