Design of prototype for card customisation app

I need a prototype this ASAP preferably tomorrow, that can upload an image and rezise it and can be dragged around and saved. PLease
We want to develop a web app that can be used to:
1. upload a picture to use for a master card
2. the picture should be able to be resized to fit into the frame of a master card
3. the picture shouls be able to be dragged into position
4. the elements of a master card that remain static on a master card like the master card logo and card number should be present to the app user can see how the end design will look
5. administrators should be able to log into the back end and batch process uploaded images. for instance he should be able to view multiple images and either approve or delete
6. the administrator should be able to download the images in bulk
7. there will be file size limitations.
8. the file will be able to be uploaded in many formats but the eventual image should be a jpg
9. it should be built with ajax but should support all browsers as ajax ocassionally has cross browser compatibility issues
10. it should carry only the cobweb solutions logo
