Design of Course Brochure

I have around 16 pages of design on PDF's, that were created by a graphic designer

I dont require massive changes, only for them to be tweaked, i.e. text aligned, all same format and spaces etc, so that when the brochure is looked at everything is in the same place, then I would like them collating into one pdf document in a specific order, with a contents page, ready for priting.

The only page that requires the most work, is the back page.
