Design of a 4 page A4 brochure

Design details: I am looking for a designer to produce a 4 page brochure (A3 folded to A4) for print production.

There are 4 images of people that currently have white backgrounds, these will need to be cropped to remove their background so they can be positioned on top of another background.

There is also another image which will need to be cropped in the same way.

The rest of the design is two background images (one for front and one for the central page) and then the placing of content which is very minimal.

The final brochure to be delivered with print marks and also a low resolution version for use on-line.

This should be designed using InDesign or Quark rather than tools such as Publisher.
