Design newspaper

I would like an 8 page newspaper designed that will advertise and promote a new gym that i plan on opening in the months ahead. I will provide the articles and pictures and have the kind of design in mind that I would like, however i am open to ideas and would like to work closely with the designer. The gym opening is months away, so this is not a job that needs to be completed in a hurry.
