Design me a B2B email, including the copywriting

I want someone who is experienced in writing B2B copy and designing emails to help me on a semi-regular basis. Our business is based in Oxford so a local freelancer would be ideal, but others from further afield also considered.

I need someone to help me write compelling copy, who has the knowledge to ensure that the open rate is as high as possible. I also need to minimise the number of emails blocked at point of entry. And if my customers open emails via mobile devices can you cater for that too?

NB : My database consists primarily of known contacts and numbers approx. 300. Our business is granite and marble products for the kitchen, bathroom and home.

The initial task will be approx 2-3 hours in duration (I think) and I would like to start work on this w/c 18th June. Can you help?
