Design marketing poster

We are looking to create a few posters to promote our trips. We have a very nice website but are now marketing in a different area and eye catching posters will become essential. They need to be colourful and image driven whilst providing the information quickly and concisely and communicating the youthful energy of our trips. We are looking for 3-4 designs in total as listed below:

1. Main promotional poster for the company and our activities in general.
2. Specific poster for an individual trip that can be used as a template to make others by replacing text and images.
3. One larger poster for a weekend trip, again this is to be editable so we can use it as a template for future trips.

I have included an example of a poster from another company that I think is well done. We are looking to get this job completed as soon as possible.
