Need to transition our existing website (old html site) to Magento.
We need to:
- install Magento and set up the theme. We are looking for a certain look (something modern looking like www.solopress.com)
- take care of the 302 (301) redirects for the SEO
- minimise the impact on current ranking
* we would enter all data, products and product images (we have .CSV file with products)...
- we need someone who can do this fast, we started this project with another company (very negative experience) and lost 2 months. Dropping rankings in Google fast....
