Design information pictures for our website

I recently started a travel business that is all about adventure. We are building our new website, and would like someone to design our information sections and give it a bit of a travel adventure "vibe".

When you click on one of the trips, you can see an overview of it. This is where the information will be placed.

I have attached a picture of the kind of thing we are looking for, like the table of "average high temperature" and a map of the itinerary.
We need three different maps: a 7-day trip, 15-day trip and a 28-day trip. Here are the places we need to be marked on the map of thailand for each trip:

7-Day Trip
Chiang Mai, Chiang Rai, Chiang Dao, Pai, back to Chiang Mai

15-Day Trip
Chiang Mai, Chiang Rai, Chiang Dao, Pai, back to Chiang Mai, bangkok, Koh Phangan, back to Bangkok.

28-Day Trip
Chiang Mai, Chiang Rai, Chiang Dao, Pai, back to Chiang Mai, bangkok, Kanchanaburi,Koh Phangan, Koh Tao back to Bangkok.

For the "Average high temperature", I would like one table for each trip with the average high temperatures for all the places that are visited.

The adventure travel "vibe" is strongly important, but i would like it to as minimalistic as possible, easy for the eyes and appealing. I could suggest some sort of collaboration with a post card with visa stamps, or a boarding pass,you know, something "different" and fun.
