Design & Implement Wordpress Website

Hi All,

Looking for some one design a straight forward WordPress website with little back-end coding, and a simple mail-to form. The website is a standard company site, with an about page (and 7 sub-pages), a products page (3 groups, 21 products), a single news page, a service page (3 sub-pages) and a contact page. The site would also include home/splash page. The product pages are all almost identical, with each product having a specs, features, and download section (tab?) and a few pictures.
The site should be prepared for implementation in four languages (English, French, Arabic, and Spanish) however only the english site would go online first.
All text content, logo, color profile, and product images would be provided, but we would expect the designer to provide all the design and graphical elements (icons, ...) and the stock photos.
A short tutorial on changing content, and filling in content for other languages should be provided to us.
The domain is currently hosted, however it is on a basic package, and we would have to upgrade the package based on requirements (should be provided by designer).
We would like to see two or three rough alternative for the main and sub-pages before full implementation.
The site should also be mobile friendly.
