Design & HTML of marketing landing page

I need a responsive one page marketing / landing page coded using foundation css 4 or bootstrap. The page should behavior like https://www.jetstrap.com/ in that all content is on a single page but the links slide the page down. The site should use media queries to be responsive down to a iphone screen size

The logo and colors will be provided as guidance to follow. The design should be clean and modern and content will be provided. It should work with i.e 7 upwards.
