Design html email from pdf leaflet

I've got a leaflet in pdf, and now want to create a similar html design, so it can be sent as an email with the relevant links etc. The email design needs to be in the correct format, and not more than 620 pixels wide to reduce it being blocked etc. Will also need some guidance as to how to load the end product onto mailchimp (our emailing tool).

Have a few other emails and newsletter template to be designed. So there is the potential for more work.

I need this done as soon as possible. It'd typically be an hourlies job, but to be honest, I haven't quite gotten my head round the hourlies process, hence the post.
