Design for PCB and Firmware Backend for USB control Interface

I require the hardware for a USB interface to be designed. The workflow and user accessible components have already been chosen, however I need someone to design two PCBs around a given size and layout, including selecting the correct microcontrollers, LED drivers and power circuitry. This will also involve the creation of USB hubs and core USB device integration (Midi and serial).

Bonus points for anyone that knows Java as well, as this is phase two of the project. The ability to read .stl files or .dxf files for the existing casing design would be useful.

Freelancers will be required to sign a Non Disclosure Agreement on acceptance of the job.
