Design for a trade expo

A big-rush job to plan an exhibition stand for a major client.
They make/sell air conditioners at wholesale (sell to retailers, installers, builders etc)
Their primary product is direct evaporative domestics air conditioners
They also have:
• commercial evaporative air conditioners
• indirect evaporative air conditioners (a new technology), and
• refrigerated air conditioners

The Expo is attended mostly by resellers of one type or another.
The company is a long established manufacturer but not one of tnhe biggest players.
At this Expo the company wants to attract 20 new resellers and start to look like a bigger, fast growing organisation.
Their stand is 6 metres wide by 5 metres deep. It has no walls, it is on a slightly elevated platform but visible from all sides – and right next to the coffee shop and bar.
There are three items we need to design for:
• The tower (4.5 metres high and 2392 wide surface area as it’s curved, 2-sided))
• The flexistand (2270mm high, shaped a bit like a propeller, total image area on three sides is 8,800mm)
• The desk Image area 2480 wide (wraps around) x 870mm high.
• Artwork to be done at 25% actual size at 300dpi, CMYK.
