Design document templates based on my visual identity

I want to have several templates in Word or Pages that I can use for my training workshop materials.
These workshop materials should be consistent with my visual identity, which has already been designed.
A 'wavy line' logo (device) and a colour palette are supplied.
Three types of documentation are supplied in one Word file, to provide examples of the kind of material that will use the templates.
The design job is to provide templates with different coloured backgrounds (perhaps shaded backgrounds), use the wavy line logo, and suggest placement of title, text and diagrams.
I will then be able to use these templates to add new content and material using Word or Pages.
