Design & Build a Product Website

My premium brand of ecigs needs a website very badly. After months of frustration and thousands of euro spent, I was let down by my previous designer and require someone talented and reliable to see this through from the start to the end... and in record time! In return for a small cash payment + 1 year of commissions on the finished website (to compensate for the low upfront fee ).
This job comes with a lot of potential for future work with my registered Irish company as we have other products and ideas that will require websites and maintenance... but for now the budget is a very small €250, which I will voluntarily boost for the next year with monthly commissions on all website sales. You will have access to the back end to check sales through the year, with minimal maintenance required on your part at select times of the year (banner updates at christmas, during sales ect.)

I have design styles, images, certain text ect. to fill the pages. I also have rival brand websites to give you an idea of exactly what I'm looking for. I would like to be able to update some text and elements myself if possible.

I would like the same footer for all company brand websites to create a 'family of quality brands' image, I would like you to design this also.

Key to Success
This is a VERY competitive industry now, an eye catching, premium style with attention to detail is essential. It is a classy brand that requires a matching website.
