Design Architect 2D/3D floor-plans

Small property company requires an architect or 2D/3D designer with architecture experience.

Deliverables:
- 4 floor-plans and respective elevations for use in a planning consultation.

Requirements:
- Design to be created from an OS map (to be provided) and google street view images.
- Site approx 120sqm, building footprint 56-66sqm
- Building consists of 4 floors (ground with 3 floors above)
- Design is to conform with all London and Lambeth local authority guidelines (e.g. minimum room sizes, wall thicknesses, distances, etc).

Submission of work is to be staged:
1) Production of 2D floor-plans and rough elevations, to be used in consultation with planners.
2) Following consultation, floor-plans and elevations to be amended as required.
