Design and SEO Work on Opencart Ecommerce Website

We are creating a new ecommerce website using Opencart 1.5.2.1 and have used the default template.
We are looking for an experienced devloper to do the following:
Create and install a new template to reflect the industry we are in;
Improve/add SEO keywords;
Implement product feeds;
Amend site to comply with new EU Cookie law

Further development may come to light as the project progresses.
