Design and send out press releases

We are a small up and coming cake decorating company in Maidstone, Kent. We have been using word of mouth, website, attending cake/ wedding fairs to promote ourselves. We want to raise our profile and get more print and online publicity about designs we have produced, events we are attending etc. We want to start to produce press releases for sending to local media and national specific media.
