Design and pattern cut 3 tops and make into samples

I am starting up my own company and I am looking for a designer & pattern cutter to help me create 3 different women's tops. The tops are for breast-feeding mothers - so they require a lot of thought not only with their functionality - i.e. able to discreetly feed, fabric choices that are comfortable, easy to wash, is slimming.... but also how they make Mum feel - stylish and confident.
I am looking for someone who, once fully briefed, can provide recommendations on designs and fabrics, create basic and then technical drawings and finally patterns.
I am looking to have the patterns complete by the end of May (or before).
