Design and layout company 16pp brochure / mini-catalogue

I would like to get an information booklet / mini-catalogue designed highlighting our services and costs – 16 page Template only with clear indication of where text will be inserted, as I will be inserting my own text afterwards! Please see my attached examples of the styles I love! Please pay attention to design and shape of CCHA booklet! Love the front cover and would like something as creative with proactive non-descript characters. Also like the layout of pages and use of space.

I am looking for something that stands out and is striking but professional / corporate!

Colour scheme to be tailored around logo colours Red & Black. Will be happy with up to 4 use of colours e.g. Red, White, Black and Grey (Please see attachment 2 OHTV for a 2 tone colour scheme example).

NB: (Colour code Page layout e.g. Advertising page contents on a white background & Services on a grey – it does not have to be these exact colours).
