Design and host a website

Looking for a website, (probably hosted), which will provide the ability to download video clips on a pay-per-download basis (similar to Clips4Sale), and a membership area, that will allow members sign-up for a fixed fee, and then download same video clips for no further charge.

New video clips will be uploaded on a weekly basis (maximum), but more likely to be monthly, so there needs to be a simple facility for allowing the site owner (me or my business partner) to upload new content.

Payment facilities probably need to be managed by a 3rd party service such as PayPal, or WorldPay (etc etc), and after confirmation of payment, a unique link is emailed to the customer to allow them to initiate the download.

This is a start-up business, and there is no content currently, but I plan to produce a number of videos per month (up to 5), which I will edit and then upload.

There will need to be a facility for a "download sample video clip" (This will be promotional) - again not yet created.

Membership will be available on a weekly, monthly or 3-monthly basis after which an email will be sent to the customer asking if they wish to extend.

No illegal content will be posted, but the content may not be suitable for all, and so a disclaimer is needed when first entering the website, such as "You must be 18 or over to enter the site).

Video clips will be typically 10 - 20 minutes in length.

There will be some static pages (approx. 4), that will explain how a customer can volunteer to participate in the videos, contact details for the venue, membership options, and details of any upcoming events.

There will also be a couple of simple dynamic pages, such as a page for "submitting an idea for a custom video", and a message board,

The videos will typically be martial arts related, to include demonstrations of set sequences of moves and will cover ju-jitsu, Brazilian ju-jitsu, submission wrestling, Tai Kwon Do and judo.

I can provide more information, but wanted to set the scene first. Timescales are that start can be early August subject to a suitable proposal. End date will be by early November (3 months elapsed time).
