Design and develop ecommerce website

Need designer/developer for creation of e-commerce site. Need simple back end administration so we can manage input of our own product photos, descriptions, promos, flash photos, etc.

5. Many of our products can add customization to a product so we need capability of adding custom info per each item ordered (and also this info depicted on confirmation and order invoice.

8. Joing our Mailing list capability
9. Free shpng but can upgrade so need optional shpng rate capability
10. Promo capability
11. Capability to add addtnl chrgs for customizations (more than one option)
