Design and build an interactive cycling website using wordpress

I am looking for someone to design and build a website for a new start-up business based on cycling.
The site will need the following:
Homepage: Graphically pleasing (using high quality images) with the ability to hold adverts
Maps: interactive mapping allowing new cycling routes to be uploaded. This will link to something like ridewithgps
Local amenities: Holding images and descriptions of local amenities with the ability for the user to enquire online through a form
Register/sign in – secure area to register for mailshots etc. A storage area for this data will be required
