Design an editable course list and a course outline template using our branding

This is to create a designed template, in line with our branding, for two separate documents:

- A Course List
- A Course Outline

I have attached examples of both below for reference. The documents need to be editable so we can save them in pdf and send on email. So you can see our branding, our website is www.knights-agency.com

I have an example of our current course outline but can only add 3 attachments. Basically it is two pages in landscape with similar information to the lesson plan doc attached below. The core info needs to be contained in tables for both the docs. I have illustrator CS3 to edit the docs but I will need to be told how to do it all as I am no designer!

I can send over our branding files etc to the selected designer.

Start and finish date ASAP.
