Design an ebook cover

Hi there,

We need a graphic designer to design the front cover for an ebook about property. The book talks about how to make money from the rent-to-rent strategy (where you rent a property from a landlord and let it out by the individual room) and the title is "How to set up your first rent-to-rent property properly, professionally and profitably".

IMPORTANT: Please attach a quick mockup of how you would envisage the final product to look like. It is ok if you use a stock photo for that that still has a watermark on, we are happy to pay/reimburse for photos up to £30 if we go with your proposal. The best proposal wins and we want applicants to put some thought into the project, anyone just sending their own portfolio need not apply unless it is relevant to property ebooks.
