Design an A5 double side flyer

Information for the business: we sell camellia plants
Design details: We grow camellia plants (see www.trehane.co.uk) to the home gardening market and we need an A5 flyer to use as an insert into some regional newspapers.
Geographically targeted to areas where these plants grow perfectly, we want to communicate that fact, alongside the hundreds of varieties to choose from, our 50 years of supplying fab quality plants by mail order and the reason to order now which is free delivery in their area this Spring.
Design needs to be the sort that stops people just chucking it in the bin when they drop out of the magazine, but absolutely not trashy.
Number of pages needed: 2 side A5
Content on the front/back side and body: logo, call to action, image
Ideas for the visual style: eyecatching and colourful
Things to avoid: twee and delicate lines
Preferred colors: 73/78/19/5, 76/78/35/28 in there somewhere (brand colours), but not restricted
