Design an 8-Page A4 Brochure

Design details: As the title says really, I require an 8 Page A4 brochure. It is for a chain of day nurseries so it needs to look professional, but without looking too corporate. Will brief in full the chosen designer. I'm offering what I think is a fair price and really hoping to work with somebody who's enthusiastic about the project and passionate about the quality of work they put out. Also worth mentioning that I would ideally like the ability to edit the final piece (ideally in the form of a packaged .indd file) as I'm sure you can appreciate legislation in our industry changes all the time requiring unforeseeable minor tweaks to wording etc. I really wouldn't want to be going back to somebody to have things changed down the line.
Number of pages needed: 8
Content on the front/back side and body: Title, photos (some provided if needed), logo etc
Ideas for the visual style: Professional but friendly.
