Design ad - a banner users will click

design banner users will click (not code, the company i'm advertising with will code as i request)

design look and movement and text and colors to encourage users to click.(first 14 sec allowed for movement; then static) no coding; just design sketches or psd or jpg or bmp images, from initial view to additional views steping through to static image.

most/all others on sites are similar in content and how they are ignored. if u refresh a few times you'll see my ad which is typical of many/all others. it's a blue backgroung with text: view our foreclosures and bank owned properties on the left and the company name, Wonica on the right. This is a placeholder/temp ad until i give them design i want.

this is what i was thinking. to be different than the ususlly name, tetephone number, company name, and salesperson's image, a banner theme: real estate IQ or real estate exam or fun real estate quiz or something like that. something in combination with the movement that will get me clicks.
add text : something like -- "test your real estate knowledge"
"questions updated weekly" (so when the user returns, he has a reason to click again, that being to see & answer new questions.

banner click will take user to a page which will have the exam/quiz, 5 (not created yet) questions updated weekly, and some info about "getting the best price" for buyers & for sellers;

i'm thiking the "getting the best price page" (not part of this job) will be something like the peopleperhour.com page where there are images on the left that look like a stack of photos and some text on the left; this page would be linking to a web page that shows what marketing/services i do compaired to my competition.(currently being developed)

if you think you have a better idea to get me clicks, i'd like to hear it. but please remember, 99% the user viewing my zip code/postal code, staten island, NY, are new york city residents.

whatever the theme we finally decide on i'll still need the same thing.

to sumarize -- i need the design of the flash banner (i'm not sure if calling it flash is correct) what i'm trying to convey is that there's movement.
the best font colors, backgroung colors, text copy, placement and images to use.

end product: 4 to 6 color sketches (no coding) or psd or jgp or bmp images with explanitory note where needed that i can give to the programers to code and trun sketches into the actual banner that will be displayed.
