Design A2 brochure double sided

Need to design A2 brochure:-
Side 1 will be map of Central London in the middle A4 size, the map should have icons and illustrates showing top London attractions, train stations, museums etc.like Paddington (image for a train going to heathrow)
Side 2 will be underground map in the middle with icons describing some of the stations like Wimbledon (image for someone playing tennis).
Both maps will be surrounded by 12XA6 spaces which will be used for advertising.
A2 brochure will be folded 4 times to create A6 size with 2 sides for the front and back cover.
12XA6 spaces for the map will be used to show top London attractions numbered 1,2 also these numbers will be marked in the map.
12XA6 spaces for the underground map could be 4XA6 as you can extend the map upwards by 2XA6 spaces from the middle and downwards also right and left(Total : 8 X A6)
Your job is to create and design the Central London map and the underground map with all the icons and illustrates.
Design the front and back cover of the brochure.
