Design a Wordpress Theme with sliders for Offline Consultants to use.

I need a wordpress theme for consultants to use. It should include the sliders feature. otherwise it could be similar to other branding-type themes. and it should allow changing of colors, text, and some degree of flexibility. I sell consultant tools and learning materials and would like to add to what I can supply them...and also would like to use the theme myself.
If it can be completed in the next couple weeks that would be fine. See examples attached.
