Design a Wordpress theme for a Directory Enquiries website

We need a theme along the lines of http://www.phonenumbersearcher.co.uk/w/whistles-telephone-number.html

It can be fairly simple but needs a nice header and small touches along the lines of what they have done, although we do not need the search facility that they have with the dropdown or the clickable top images.

The design would be a simple 2 column theme throughout all pages, therefore there is only one page to do.

We ideally need this completed very fast.
