Design a website in wordpress

Here's the brief description:

Its a site about self-care for mothers, there will be info on the site in the forms of ebooks, videos & blogs but our main product is that we provide 'workshop retreats' for busy mothers.

I've done the design for the site which are attached for your viewing.

Also, i'd like the website to have a Splash page before they enter the actual website. (design attached)

I want the site to be totally dynamic. In a month or so time, we want to add online payment for certain things as well so please keep that in mind that the site is built accordingly.

You'd provide any bug fixes for upto a year.

You'll upload the site to the web host & search engine sub missions.

The site will be fully dynamic with cms panel & SEO optimised.

So, here is how the design goes:
Music bar right at the top which automatically starts but viewers should be able to pause the music if they didn't want to listen to it.

The header to have a faded picture of a retreat with logo & taglines on top.

As you scroll down the home page, i want the tagline from the banner to roll up & the logo icon to reduce so only the top bit stays visible as you scroll down the page. To understand what i mean, pls chk out this site:

then under the next section of Guilt-free Resources:

a box for downloading my ebook. clicking on it should pop open a pg. an example screen shot is attached from the site divorceshift.com
Then in the middle my personal video & then the last box again to download my tips, they need to subscribe so either a pop screen or subscription within the box.
Each box is to have shared icons of FB, twitter & pinterest on the side for people to quickly share the books & videos.
then a line or 2 of text to go underneath this section with hyperlinked 'more...' to take them to another pg if they'd like to read more.

Further down the page, under the retreat section, the picture panels flip one at a time to reveal the full picture. An example is here: sushisamba.com

Couldn't fit everything on 1 A4 pg, hence the 2 attachments.
Under the Blog section, it should show the 3 most latest entries. Again each entry is to show the shared social media icons on the side of the box.

The 'contact us' tab that you see on the right hand bottom corner is to remain visible whether you scroll up or down the page.
The social media icons, could either go on the top banner or at the bottom of the page in the footer, which ever looks better.


Fully SEO optimised (may be best to utilise some popular wordpress plugins for the performance of the site on the web)

The site should be mobile device friendly so that its viewable on all phones & tablets.

In few months we want to be able to take online payment too so site needs to be built with that in mind.
