Design a website for a small upcoming business

I am looking for someone to create a website for my marketing consultancy, I am a small upcoming business focusing on the Veterinary / Equine and Animal sectors and I wish to have a website to promote the business but with a consitent theme and must reflect the feeling of my business.
Looking for someone to create and build an outline website (about us, Contact us, Previous Work, What we offer) and leave in a format for me to continue to update. Only needs skeleton information but a framework I can continue to update myself.
