Design a variety of webste banners

We are adding a dating portal to our already established business and need a few graphics designed of the following sizes and for the purposes specified:

840 x 160 - This is the main logo graphic of the pages. There needs to be a part of the graphic which states "In association with" and then the name of our main website.

624 x 160 - This is the header logo to be used on newsletters and so should essentially be a slimmed down version of the main header.

The following banners are all for general advertising:
180 x 220
160 x 600
300 x 150
790 x 200
610 x 100

All graphics should be in PNG format and be in keeping with the main site. We don't want anything overtly sexual (i.e. no nudity). They should also be in keeping with the look and feel of the site.

This is going to be a close collaboration with our main site and we have an element in our main site which must be contained on all graphics to carry over the branding.
