Design a two sided business card

Design a two sided business card

There is a logo that I will supply.
My partner had his cards designed and they were too dark and difficult to read. see attatched cards and logo

I would like something that is appealing, yet easy to read.

I will need this to be the standard rectangular card size and will need the PSD source files with full layers.

I was told by the card designer that the cards need to be 3.5 x 2.0 and 3.625 x 2.125 with bleeds

the address and phone number should stay the same, I want the PSD to have layers where i can edit the text.
