Design a "Star" motion graphic in After Effects

Approximately seven-second 3D video effect with transparent background of a Five-Point Star created using particle trail effect consisting of following sequence:
1.) Abstract 5-point Star design is created as if would be done by freehand movement starting at bottom left (then going up toward top center, then down right, then mid-upper right, then mostly due left, and finally back down and left of center to close the star design (~2 seconds). 2.) Once the star pattern is completed, the Star remains sparkling and briefly shines brighter at midpoint (~2.5 seconds).
3.) Step one mainly fades at the same pace that is was created (~2 seconds) (but still leaves a very slight trail of remnants behind like that of the trailing tail shooting star (for an extra 1-2 seconds, eventually fading to nothing.)

2 or 3 versions should be submitted, so that best can be chosen and variations made to completion.
Start date: Immediately
Time available: 3-5 days
Final Deliverables must be delivered as the root After Effects files so that additional edits can be made at a later date.

Video will be used as an overlay for instructional videos to denote important material. Should have a transparent background. Alpha channel.
Color: Yellow/gold/stardust
Style: Abstract freestyle (almost, but not perfectly symmetrical as if drawn by hand). Sequence should show creation from starting point to completion. [Tips: Think about it as if a star pattern is drawn (in about 2.5 seconds)with ink that lasts for about 5 seconds before starting to fade. Make sure to view all 3 images supplied for necessary elements]
