Design a simple website for a Facilities Management Company

I would like someone to build me a website for a facilities management company that I am setting up.

I just want something simple, clean and professional hence the small budget. I don't want anything too complicated, and I'll write all the copy for the website - it just needs to contain the following:

A few tabs at the top- standard 'about us' 'services' etc
A custom URL with approx 3 email addresses
A contact form
Social media buttons to connect with us

I would like this done asap, ideally within a week.
I think it could be a very basic and quick job for the right person.
Examples of previous work must be shown beforehand.
