Design a simple website

Hello,
I have written the text, and have the pictures. All I would really like is a website similar to these:

http://www.paulstebles.com/

ie homepage, a couple of other tabs. then a newsletter opt in/download in order to capture email addresses, then links to my social media sites.

Maybe afterwards if we get on well, we could continue to work together to tweak the website, add new pics or new functions etc and design my other companies new websites.
