Design a platform and website

I am looking for an exceptional web designer.

I am going to launch my own business soon and the right candidate must be able to design a social platform (think Twitter and Facebook) and a website with my business details.

I have my own blog and domain now. The blog needs to be embodied in the website.

The style will be light, feminine and quirky.

I will be the one editing and moderating the contents so I need someone able to explain how to do so clearly.

The job will not start now. I am trying to understand prices and all at the moment.

Could you add samples of your work? I will be asking for references as well before hiring you.
