Design a Page from a concept and provide a PSD

We have a website and we are looking for a landing page to be designed to match the style of our current website. We have concepted out on the screenshot what we were thinking in terms of layout (Mockup Landing) and in terms of icons we want to follow the icons styles in (home example icons)

The design does not have to be concepted from scratch, i expect that all the elements from the current website will be used includeing colours, icons textures and i can provide the PSD for the home page if required to slice etc.

The main image for the landing page can be taken from the home page or i will provide you with the psd's for some of the actual web app pages so you can create an image
