Design a new website on Behance

I have an old website and one that I have been trying to design but have come to a complete stop. I am an illustrator who specialises in hand stitched imagery. I need a site that will reflect the funky nature of my work and one which will allow me to show detail. I need to have links to social networks and possibly even shopify. I only have a small budget but if anyone out there can help I would like to hear from them.
