Design a logo for a new brand

We need a graphic designer to design a logo for our new food service business called "Trim Indulgence". The concept of the business is to deliver calorie controlled high quality meals to our clients. The logo must be elegant as we are pitching this to the higher end of the market and would like something that could sit alongside a restaurant as this is the level we are aiming for.
We don't want any images or pictures to be used in the logo, it must be something that just uses the full name "Trim Indulgence".
We would like some initial design concepts and then one of these to proceed to a completed final design. There must be no additional charge for revisions and all work must be covered by the fixed price. The final logo must be supplied in jpg, png, and psd format. Also there must be clear PDF document that can be supplied to printers and other companies that will be applying the logo to our products (a brand guideline of some sort). The document should also cover the specifics like colours for print and how to adapt for a variety of backgrounds.
