Design a Logo and Printed Materials

We have a brand new company named "DS4J". This stands for "Digital Solutions for Jewelers". We are providing marketing, advertising and other services intended to promote companies via the Web. As my expertise has focused on the Jewelry Industry, I want to continue providing services to it.
This is a unique company in that it looks at how a company can maximize their web presence. Most jewelry websites do a horrible job of getting their message out there and attracting attention. DS4J is intended to correct existing mistakes and create new strategies to make their sites stand out.
- Even though the business is directed at the Jewelry Industry, I do not want any cheesy illustrated images of jewelry. I am looking for a logo and business card that look very modern.
- Do not use any jewelry illustrations or images.
- The slogan that appears with the company name is "Digital Solutions for Jewelers".
- It seems that most of my companies have used business cards that were black, black and grey, black and silver, etc. This is OK and has always worked. I am however open to other ideas.
- I will want my all of the typical contact info on the card (which I will provide to you once hired.
- I will want a letterhead, envelope and e-mail template created.
- Please tell me how many comps your price includes.
- Please tell me what happens if I do not like any of your comps.
