We are looking for a new identity to portray their proposition and approach

• Queensbury Renovations is in the market of purchasing bulk property portfolios from Banks, Repossess, Liquidators, Receivers & parties acting on their behalf.
• Portfolios are bought for circa £1.5 m and broken down into individual properties to renovate and sell on to investors.
• We need to convey a professional, dynamic & wealth influence to suppliers and investors
• We will be looking at developing a strapline that may need to be incorporated into the logo once a concept has been agreed

We are looking for the following
• 4 x Concepts
• Due date 1st August
• Selection will be made by Friday 26th with work commencing immediately
