Design a little dude by tomorrow!

Description: We need to design a little figurine for a very exciting campaign.

It needs to be cute-ish (not too cute), nice and simple, and be able to stand if it was ever made real (i.e. feet on the ground!)

The stance should be standing upright, facing forward with a neutral expression, holding a banner in front of the chest. It needs to be sexless. It needs to be 3D looking and we need two versions. One with hair and one with punky hair.

We are going to use this design to build a real life soft toy for a charity event so please make it great!
