Design a header for an event

I'm not sure how much this will cost, so put the £30 as a guide.

Would prefer a designer from the UK, USA or Canada.

I’m looking for a designer to design the following;

It's to be w2480 x h614 pixels in fully layered PSD format.

This is for a corporate event, so it needs to be professional looking but fun and vibrant – no grunge looks.

Details as follows:

Text: ‘Brand New World’ (with a slight emphasis on ‘Brand’)

I'm thinking of a blueish background which could feel like the sky (not real sky maybe a clever gradient or something like that, so don’t want a photographic image used) and then a world, with the words wrapped around it BUT it needs to have a feel of movement to it, make it seem exciting. Perhaps we could have either buildings or people on there but I don’t want it to seem clipart or cheap.

Colours: No real preference although would like them to be bold and strong, can give feedback when you show me the proof.

I need to be able to make revisions until I'm happy.

If you can show me samples of something similiar you have done or of a similiar image that you think I am aiming for, that would give you the edge.
